CUMMINS Engine Replacement
4BT3.9 Series
The 4BT3.9 series diesel engine is an early model developed by Cummins. Later, Cummins established a joint venture in China, Dongfeng Cummins, and the 4BT3.9 was one of the first engines produced by the company.This engine has a displacement of 3.9 liters. Due to its early design, it has lower emission requirements, only meeting Euro II emission standards. It also has lower requirements for fuel quality, which helps reduce operating costs.
With the development of Dongfeng Cummins, more and more Cummins engine parts are being produced locally. The 4BT3.9 engines offered by ANTAIOS are all manufactured in China. We can provide 4BT3.9 engines with power outputs ranging from 80-130hp, covering a wide range of applications. In addition to construction machinery, we also offer Cummins 4BT3.9 replacement services for vacuum pumps, air compressor units, generator sets, and other applications. QSB4.5 Series
The CUMMINS QSB4.5 series is a mid-to-high-end commercial diesel engine line. This engine features high-pressure common rail technology and meets Tier 3 emission standards. The QSB4.5 series is an inline 4-cylinder, water-cooled engine, with “4.5” indicating a 4.5L displacement. It is widely used in medium and small construction machinery as well as marine applications.
The QSB4.5 engines provided by ANTAIOS are customized replacements based on your old CUMMINS QSB4.5. When preparing a quotation, we verify the configuration using the nameplate of your existing CUMMINS QSB4.5 engine.
Unlike other suppliers that offer only standard-quality engines, our QSB4.5 engines are technically customized. Each engine is newly built after you place an order and is not taken from stock. If your engine has no special configuration requirements and you need a replacement urgently, we can also provide a standard stock engine. QSB6.7 Series
ANTAIOS provides complete replacement services for CUMMINS 6.7L diesel engines.
The Cummins 6.7-liter diesel engine is built on a common core technology platform (inline six-cylinder, 6.7L displacement) and has been developed into two main variants for different application scenarios: ISB6.7 (for on-road vehicles) and QSB6.7 (for off-road/industrial use). Featuring a highly modular design, the platform achieves an optimal balance of reliability, fuel efficiency, and emissions control, making it one of the most widely used diesel engine series in the global medium- and heavy-duty power market.
6CT8.3 Series
The CUMMINS 6CT8.3 series is a diesel engine with a mechanical fuel pump. It has a displacement of 8.3L and meets Euro II emission standards. Common models include 6CT8.3, 6CTA8.3, and 6CTAA8.3, all of which are water-cooled engines. Compared with the 6BT5.9, this engine offers higher power, making it better suited for heavy-duty applications. It is compatible with 20–30 ton excavators and loaders, as well as industrial diesel generator sets with capacities of 200–300 kVA.

QSK38 Series
The CUMMINS QSK38 is a 38L electronically controlled diesel engine. It is currently produced in China at joint venture factories. This engine is available with multiple emission tiers, ranging from Tier 2 to Tier 4. Equipped with an ECM-controlled high-pressure common rail fuel system, the QSK38 is more fuel-efficient than the K38. However, this also makes it more expensive.
ANTAIOS currently offers replacement solutions for the CUMMINS QSK38 engine, manufactured in China, providing a more cost-effective alternative to purchasing the original engine. As a large engine, it has higher quality requirements. If you choose to purchase our engine, we can provide a one-year or 1,200-hour remote warranty. During use, you can also contact our service team for online technical support if any issues arise.
K38 Series
The CUMMINS K38 series is a 38L diesel engine. It is a V-type 12-cylinder engine commonly used in ultra-large mining trucks, heavy loaders, generator sets, and oil and gas equipment. This engine can achieve an output of 1,350 hp and a rotational speed of 1900–2100 rpm.
The CUMMINS K38 diesel engine replacement solutions provided by ANTAIOS are all customized based on the information from your existing engine. This engine delivers high power, and its cost is higher compared with other models. If you find the cost of a new engine too high, ANTAIOS can also provide overhaul kits. How to buy an engine?
First of all, please tell us what machine do you use the engine for, the rated power and speed of the engine you need, then we will select the model suitable for you based on these three information.
Secondly, if you want to buy an engine for the replacement of the old Deutz engine, please also provide a clear nameplate photo of the engine so that we can find out the engine’s configuration and provide you with a similar configuration engine. -
How long is the delivery time?
For complete engine and Power units , we need to arrange production according to the order, our general delivery time is 15-30 days.
For spare parts , our general delivery time is 5-15 days. -
How to arrange delivery?
Considering the large volume and weight of our products, to save the shipping cost, we generally recommend ship to your nearest port
For small items and urgent orders, we can also provide air shipment and send goods to the airport in your city or your company address. -
How about warranty?
We provide warranty on all products sold.
Complete engine and power units: the warranty period is one year or 1200 hours, whichever comes first.
During the warranty period, if the problem is caused by product quality, our company can provide free parts to compensate.
