CUMMINS Engine Replacement
QSK23 Series
The CUMMINS QSK19 series engine is an electronically controlled upgrade of the K19 series. The QSK19 engine also has a 19L displacement and 6 cylinders. Unlike the K19's mechanical fuel system, this engine has been upgraded to an electronically controlled high-pressure injection system. Compared to mechanical fuel injection, electronic control allows for more precise fuel injection, improving fuel efficiency. Therefore, the QSK19 is more fuel-efficient than the K19. The QSK19's electronic control module also features engine fault diagnosis capabilities, providing real-time fault alerts and shortening engine fault diagnosis time.

K19 Series
The CUMMINS K19 series engine is an inline 6-cylinder, water-cooled diesel engine with a displacement of 19L. This engine uses an early mechanical fuel system without ECU control. Common models also include the KT19 and KTA19; KT19 indicates a turbocharged engine, while KTA19 indicates a turbocharged and intercooled engine. The K19 series features large displacement and high power output. Furthermore, due to its relatively low emission standards, it has fewer fuel requirements and can use lower-quality fuels. The K19 engine has strong environmental adaptability and is widely used in mining, generator sets, and oil and gas equipment.

QSX15 Series
The CUMMINS QSX15 is a diesel engine designed for off-highway applications. In its name, “X” represents the engine series, and “15” indicates a displacement of 15L. The QSX15 is an inline 6-cylinder, water-cooled diesel engine.
Compared with the QSL and QSC series, this engine is equipped with the more advanced XPI high-pressure common rail system. The CUMMINS QSX15 is widely used in mining, heavy construction equipment, and oil and gas field applications. Due to varying emission requirements across different markets, its configurations may also differ.
ANTAIOS currently only offers Stage 3 QSX15 replacement services. If you are unsure of the emission rating of your old QSX15 engine, you can provide us with your old engine's nameplate or serial number, and our service team will check and confirm it for you.
QSK50 Series
The CUMMINS QSK50 is a large diesel engine with a high-pressure common rail fuel system, capable of producing up to 2,500 hp. Compared with the K50 series, this engine features a more advanced fuel system and meets higher emission standards. It offers high power, long continuous operating hours, and excellent adaptability to extreme working conditions.

K50 Series
The CUMMINS K50 series is a diesel engine designed for continuous operation in ultra-large equipment. It uses a mechanical PT fuel system and is an early-generation diesel engine. This engine is ideal for applications where emission requirements are low but high power output is essential. Common uses include ultra-large mining trucks in the 200–400 ton range, extreme heavy industrial machinery, large generator sets, and high-pressure oil and gas pump units.

How to buy an engine?
First of all, please tell us what machine do you use the engine for, the rated power and speed of the engine you need, then we will select the model suitable for you based on these three information.
Secondly, if you want to buy an engine for the replacement of the old Deutz engine, please also provide a clear nameplate photo of the engine so that we can find out the engine’s configuration and provide you with a similar configuration engine. -
How long is the delivery time?
For complete engine and Power units , we need to arrange production according to the order, our general delivery time is 15-30 days.
For spare parts , our general delivery time is 5-15 days. -
How to arrange delivery?
Considering the large volume and weight of our products, to save the shipping cost, we generally recommend ship to your nearest port
For small items and urgent orders, we can also provide air shipment and send goods to the airport in your city or your company address. -
How about warranty?
We provide warranty on all products sold.
Complete engine and power units: the warranty period is one year or 1200 hours, whichever comes first.
During the warranty period, if the problem is caused by product quality, our company can provide free parts to compensate.
