CUMMINS Engine Replacement
X15 Series
The CUMMINS X15 series is a 15L engine designed for on-highway applications. It is an upgraded version of the ISX15 and is mainly used in heavy-duty trucks for long-haul transportation.
This engine features an advanced ECU control system and is equipped with the XPI high-pressure common rail system, which greatly improves combustion efficiency. It also incorporates an aftertreatment system, enabling the engine to meet Euro V emission standards.
Currently, ANTAIOS can only provide replacement services for select X15 engines without aftertreatment. After receiving your old CUMMINS X15 engine nameplate, we will check your engine configuration and compare it with our inventory. If a replacement is possible, our service team will provide you with a quote and confirm the connector dimensions to ensure a perfect match.
NT855 Series
The CUMMINS NT855 engine belongs to the N-series diesel engines. In this designation, “T” stands for turbocharged, and “A” indicates aftercooling. The “855” refers to a displacement of 855 cubic inches, approximately 14L.
The CUMMINS N855 series is an inline 6-cylinder, water-cooled diesel engine. It uses a mechanical fuel injection system and is considered an early Cummins model, with emissions roughly at Tier 1 level. This engine is commonly used in long-haul trucks, mining trucks, bulldozers, generator sets, and marine applications.
ANTAIOS can provide replacement solutions for the NT855, while only certain N14 models are interchangeable. The NT855 engines we supply are manufactured in China, and most components are sourced from Chinese factories.
The NT855 engines offered by ANTAIOS cover a power range of 250–470 hp. If you are looking to purchase a new diesel engine, please provide your required power and speed specifications so we can prepare an accurate quotation.
QSM11 Series
CUMMINS QSM11 is a heavy-duty 10.8-liter diesel engine, featuring a high-strength block and an advanced electronically controlled high-pressure common rail fuel system. With a power range of 216 to 298 kw, its exceptional low-speed high-torque output and rapid response capability make it a highly reliable power solution for heavy-duty applications such as mining equipment, large construction machinery, and generator sets.
ANTAIOS offers diesel engines that serve as a perfect replacement for your old Cummins QSM11 engine. To ensure that the engine delivered to you is ready for immediate installation and use upon receipt, our service team will first verify the specifications of your existing engine, as well as the dimensions of components such as the flywheel and flywheel housing. The QSM11 engine supplied by ANTAIOS offers significant cost savings compared to purchasing a brand-new original engine. M11 Series
Cummins M11 is a classic model in Cummins medium-duty engine series, designed for heavy-duty working conditions, and widely used in engineering machinery, heavy trucks, power generation equipment and other fields. M11 is a high-end model among medium-duty engines, between L9 (economical) and ISM11 (high-performance). The M11 engine represents an economical medium-to-high power solution in the Cummins product line, suitable for non-strict emission markets, medium-duty working conditions (such as mixer trucks, port tractors) and customers who focus on total cost.
The M11 engine is one of Cummins' early pusher models, with a displacement of 10.8L and a power range of 250-350HP. The technical features are mechanical pumps or partially electronically controlled engines, and cast iron cylinders. The torque can reach 1250-1450 Nm, and the emission standard can reach Tier 2/Stage II. If you have an older M11 engine that requires repair or replacement, please contact us. QSL8.9/QSL9 Series
The Cummins QSL9 series engine is an inline 6-cylinder, water-cooled diesel engine. This engine features wet cylinder liners, allowing the outer walls of the liners to come into direct contact with the coolant, thereby enhancing heat dissipation efficiency. Furthermore, when the liners become worn, they can be directly extracted and replaced; this simplifies engine maintenance and extends the engine's overall service life. This engine is widely used in the field of heavy-duty construction machinery, where high-load performance is required.
ANTAIOS offers the Tier 3 QSL8.9 engine—an ECU-controlled, high-pressure common rail diesel engine designed to meet Tier 3 emission standards. This engine features an 8.9-liter displacement, identical to that of the U.S.-manufactured Cummins QSL9 model. If you require a replacement for an existing U.S.-made Cummins QSL9 or a Chinese-manufactured QSL8.9 diesel engine, please contact us for a price quotation. QSC8.3 Series
The CUMMINS QSC8.3 series is a high-power diesel engine designed for commercial and construction machinery. Some of its parts are interchangeable with the 6CT8.3, making maintenance and parts replacement easier. In the QSC8.3 model name, “8.3” refers to the engine’s 8.3L displacement.
The QSC8.3 is a 6-cylinder, high-pressure common rail, water-cooled engine. Unlike mechanical versions, it is controlled by ECM, allowing precise fuel injection and improved combustion efficiency.
The QSC8.3 engines provided by ANTAIOS are manufactured in China and come with a one-year or 1200 working hours warranty. If you encounter any issues during use, our service team is available to provide online technical support.
Every QSC8.3 diesel engine from ANTAIOS undergoes standardized test bench procedures before leaving the factory, and we provide a complete test video for you.

How to buy an engine?
First of all, please tell us what machine do you use the engine for, the rated power and speed of the engine you need, then we will select the model suitable for you based on these three information.
Secondly, if you want to buy an engine for the replacement of the old Deutz engine, please also provide a clear nameplate photo of the engine so that we can find out the engine’s configuration and provide you with a similar configuration engine. -
How long is the delivery time?
For complete engine and Power units , we need to arrange production according to the order, our general delivery time is 15-30 days.
For spare parts , our general delivery time is 5-15 days. -
How to arrange delivery?
Considering the large volume and weight of our products, to save the shipping cost, we generally recommend ship to your nearest port
For small items and urgent orders, we can also provide air shipment and send goods to the airport in your city or your company address. -
How about warranty?
We provide warranty on all products sold.
Complete engine and power units: the warranty period is one year or 1200 hours, whichever comes first.
During the warranty period, if the problem is caused by product quality, our company can provide free parts to compensate.
